Palm Trees

The Cabbage palm is used in southern coocking to make swamp cabbage. The heart of the Cabbage palm is used for palm salad. This salad is called “swamp cabbage”. In its native habitat Cabbage palm grows from Southeastern Carolina to the Florida Keys.
